I took Heineken’s ordering apps to the next level and helped compete in a fast-moving European market.
In 2022, Heineken brought me on to redesign Swifty—its digital ordering and venue management platform used in bars and restaurants across Europe. I was responsible for rethinking the full user experience of both apps and streamlining flows. This led to successful pilots in the UK and Spain, smoother ordering, and stronger engagement.
